Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our selection of handmade jewellery and add your favourites to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be on its way to you in no time! For more detailed instructions, check out our Ordering page. We accept a variety of payment options, including all major credit cards and PayPal. Our checkout process is secure and encrypted, so you can shop with peace of mind. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds. Returns & Refunds
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If not, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt by emailing juliamcmurraydesigns@gmail.com and we will replace your purchase if it is faulty or damaged. Please include a photo with your email. Please note we cannot exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Returns
Our refund/returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the postage costs for sending it back to us must be paid for by you. We advise that items you're returning to us are tracked as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reach us.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

What do we do with your information?
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at juliamcmurraydesigns@gmail.com

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Caring for your silver and brass jewellery

I would recommend keeping your jewellery in a box as this will slow down the tarnishing process, reducing exposure to excess heat or damp conditions which will cause your jewellery to tarnish.

Try to avoid coming into contact with perfumes and cosmetics when wearing your jewellery. also try not to swim wearing your jewellery.
​
To keep your jewellery looking as beautiful as when you bought it, you can use a silver cloth (a small one is provided with each purchase) or you can clean it using a small amount of washing up liquid and warm water and let it soak for ten minutes and give it a gentle rub over with a soft toothbrush or cloth and then rinse and dry it.
