Returns & Refunds

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If not, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt by emailing juliamcmurraydesigns@gmail.com and we'll try and reach an agreement. If your purchase is faulty or damaged, please include a photo with your email. Please note we cannot refund earrings due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Returns
Our refund/returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the postage costs for sending it back to us must be paid for by you. We advise that items you're returning to us are tracked as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reach us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

This recycled silver ring band has been handmade with a rose cut amethyst stone. It is a simple yet elegant band to be worn every day.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please find the link below for a ring sizer or visit your local jeweller to be measured. When measuring your ring size, please ensure that you accout for getting the ring over your knuckle which is slightly wider than where your ring will sit. Also bear in mind that your fingers swell in the heat and contract in cooler conditions.
